well-equipped studio in convenient location
convenient location full kitchenette nice touch great comfort
the location was certainly convenient with easy access to public transportation. the room had a full kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. i also found a fridge stocked with milk and biscuits, a really nice touch. the air conditioning combined with windows that open provided great comfort.

west hampstead tube station is about a ten minute walk away. supermarkets and numerous restaurants are very close too. abbey road studios are a pleasant thirty five minute walk.

mixed experience at studio
narrow stairs faulty windows
The room included a small kitchen area hidden in a cupboard. This was a clever space-saving design.
I found the lack of an elevator problematic. Carrying luggage up the narrow stairs proved difficult. the staircase showed signs of wear and tear. The steps need repair. i also noted that the windows, located on the first floor, did not fully open. This raised concerns about ventilation and emergency escape.

efficient staff comfy beds
check-in was quick I liked that the staff was efficient. the room included a kettle toaster microwave and fridge it was very useful. i also appreciated having both air conditioning and windows i could open. beds were surprisingly comfy.
it was difficult to find the reception it is across the street from where the postcode leads you

broken air conditioning dirty mirror
The air conditioning did not work. A fan was in the room but it did little to help with the heat. The main mirror also had a lot of dirt on it I was frustrated by these issues especially given the price I paid I expected better maintenance and cleanliness . The staff seemed indifferent to these problems when I reported them I wish there was a more proactive approach to resolving guest concerns.

unhelpful receptionist hidden entrance
The receptionist was not helpful upon arrival. she seemed annoyed i didn't understand where my room was. the entrance to the rooms isn't in the same place as the reception desk. It's across the street and hard to find. the experience, and i hesitated to ask any further questions.
